All payments are made at the time of booking. To begin scheduling lessons, you’ll need to purchase a class package in advance. HanaTutor uses secure online payment methods to ensure safe and reliable transactions.

How do tutors receive payments?
Tutors are paid through HanaTutor’s secure payment system after successfully completing their scheduled sessions. Payments are processed on a monthly basis and sent via PayPal, which is the primary payout method supported by the platform.
To ensure timely payment, tutors must keep their PayPal account information updated and complete all sessions according to HanaTutor’s guidelines. If there are any issues with payment or account setup, tutors can contact support at help@hanatutor.com.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. All costs are shown clearly during booking.
What is HanaTutor’s refund policy?
Refunds are available for classes cancelled at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered late and are non-refundable.
