Hi, I'm Paula. I'm a Biology and Psychology tutor, ESL and EFL tutor, public speaker, and certified life and career coach. I’ve been tutoring since 2010, working with learners from age 7 to adults in their 60s, helping them gain confidence, skills, and motivation.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, have completed graduate units in Biology, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Psychology. I specialize in these fields and support students preparing for AP and IB Psychology and Biology exams. I speak Tagalog, but I’ve been taught English my whole life, which helps me communicate effectively and encourage students to speak naturally and confidently.
Beyond tutoring, I’m a public speaker and mentor, and I conduct mental health awareness trainings and workshops. As a certified life coach, I help individuals clarify goals, navigate life transitions, and build effective study habits and mindsets.
A little about me: I love dogs and have three Golden Retrievers, I enjoy working out, and I’m passionate about studying and continuous learning — which I bring to every lesson.
