How do I book a tutoring session?
Log in, choose a tutor and subject, then request a session. You’ll select a time and confirm payment.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes, but cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session to qualify for a refund.

What happens if my tutor or student doesn’t show up?
Report the issue via the Help Center. We’ll review and offer rescheduling or refunds if eligible.

How do I check my upcoming sessions?
Go to Classes in your dashboard to view all scheduled classes.
